Staff Attorney, Family Defense Practice
Daniela joined BDS’s Family Defense Practice in 2016. She was born and raised in South Florida. Daniela graduated from Boston College in 2013 with a B.A. in Hispanic Studies and from Fordham University School of Law in 2016.
While in law school, Daniela did an externship at New York City Council and participated in Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic. In the clinic, she represented people accused of misdemeanor crimes in Manhattan Criminal Court and worked with an incarcerated client seeking parole. Before joining BDS, Daniela was a post-graduate fellow in Fordham’s clinic, where she assisted students who were representing people in criminal court, and worked with professors on researching appeals of parole denial, clemency, and sentencing.
Daniela speaks Spanish and is proud to be advocating for parents and families in Brooklyn.
