Staff Attorney, Criminal Defense Practice
Paul was born and raised in Queens New York and is a current resident of Brooklyn. He received his B.A. from Fordham University in Communications and Media Studies in 2009.
Paul attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2012 with a concentration in Criminal Law. While a law student, Paul worked with the Innocence Project in Manhattan to exonerate those who had been wrongfully convicted of serious felonies through the use of DNA evidence.
Prior to joining BDS, Paul worked as a Staff Attorney in the Criminal Defense Practice of the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County where he represented clients in the Nassau District Court and won several favorable verdicts in a conservative jurisdiction.
