Supervising Attorney, Family Defense Practice
Eileen joined the Family Defense Practice as a staff attorney in 2007. She graduated from CUNY Law School, where she participated in the Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic and helped litigate a wage and hour claim on behalf of a domestic worker and assisted domestic violence survivors self-petition for legal permanent residence. While she was a law student, she interned at the Legal Aid Society in the Public Benefits Unit, the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund in the Healthcare Access and Workers Rights Projects, and Families For Freedom.
Prior to law school, Eileen worked as an administrator at a contemporary art gallery and as a development associate for a non-profit art organization. She holds a B.A. in art history and music from Oberlin College. She was born and raised in Ohio, and moved to New York City in 2000. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
